Student Course: The Young and the Restless: St. Augustine’s Confessions

The young St. Augustine was not yet a saint. In the Confessions, Augustine gives us his personal story of conversion as a window into the human soul. A profound reflection on human longing, the intractability and emptiness of sin, and the working of grace, it is a companion for all wandering souls seeking rest.

Participants will read the text in advance and meet for Socratic discussions and pizza. After registration, students will receive a free copy of the text along with a reading schedule.  We encourage you to register as soon as possible so that you can begin reading.
