About

The young St. Augustine was not yet a saint. In the Confessions, Augustine gives us his personal story of conversion as a window into the human soul. A profound reflection on human longing, the intractability and emptiness of sin, and the working of grace, it is a companion for all wandering souls seeking rest.

Participants will read the text in advance and meet for Socratic discussions and pizza. After registration, students will receive a reading schedule and will be contacted to arrange for their free copy of the book.  We encourage you to register as soon as possible so that you can begin reading. Both undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to join.
