About

Join us for this seminar luncheon as we discuss the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case, Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard (2023). Professor Brennan will speak on both Catholic and American legal perspectives and definitions of "equality". This is our second seminar in our Life of the Mind series this fall!

Registration is required. The luncheon is free to students, faculty, and staff of the University, and $20 for those non-university members of the community who also wish to attend.

Patrick McKinley Brennan is the John F. Scarpa Chair in Catholic Legal Studies at the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University.
